Strong feedback only matters if it leads to action. In this interactive session, leaders will examine examples of instructional feedback, identify areas needing refinement, and practice revising feedback using the PPE (Point, Prove, Explain) method to increase clarity, accountability, and impact. Participants will engage in real-world scenarios and leave with practical strategies for moving feedback conversations from compliance to measurable improvement in classroom practice. Where possible, participants should bring a recent example of feedback they have provided to a teacher.
